Hilde stared at Dorothy, a look of complete disbelief on her features. “You… you’re joking… right?”
“I’m afraid not.” Dorothy said. “That’s what actually happened. Cassandra seemingly stole Dana’s ‘current’ crush, Teddy, and that caused the split in Dana’s personality.”
“Split?” I asked, confused. “I don’t ever remember hearing about a split personality.”
All I’d ever heard was that she’d gone insane and basically gone on a rampage… never about an alternate personality. Was that the one that I’ve been talking to, or has that one been the ‘real’ Dana?
“Yes, appearently, some sort of ‘mad scientist’ type. This alter-ego only speaks in German and is very sadistic.”
“Why would it be only in German?” I asked, “I thought that Dana didn’t know any languages other than English. There was never any record from her school transcripts otherwise.”
This… it was just getting deeper and more difficult to manage by the second. What was going to happen to Heero if this ‘scientist’ came out? Is that how…
“No one really can confirm why she only speaks in German. It’s really a mystery.” Dorothy said, turning to leave the room. “Just remember, Miss Relena, you are her chosen rival. There must be something you can do. You won’t disappoint us.”
